Essential Job Functions
Apply a variety of molecular clone technics to isolate DNA, RNA and work on PCR and gene cloning.
Apply technics to transform E. Coli, and work on plasmid extraction and purification, work on expression and purification of recombinant protein.
Apply technics of aseptic cell culture, cell cloning and banking to evaluate functionality of our products, and work on cell passaging, transfection, selection of pool and single cell of stable transfectant.
Apply technics of affinity, ion-exchange and size exclusion chromatography to isolate and purify antibody or recombinant protein.
Apply technics of ELISA, microscopy, electroporation and other tools in support of product development objectives.
Summarize, analyze, interpret, and present experimental findings to project leader.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and comply with good laboratory practices and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology or related discipline 1-5 years of hands-on experience working in a research laboratory. The ideal candidate should have strong willingness to learn new technics and skill. Hands on experience with Molecular cloning, aseptic technique, and mammalian cell culture protocols is must. Demonstrated ability to conduct experiments and interpret results to meet technical objectives. Excellent attention to detail, and strong ability to communicate technical findings effectively in both written and verbal formats.
