We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Candidate for Antibody Discovery with a strong background in molecular cloning and NGS Next Generation Sequencing to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Perform RNA extraction, PCR, cloning and sub-cloning using standard molecular biology techniques.

Design, construct and optimize molecular cloning strategies for antibody discovery projects. Develop and implement NGS-based methods for antibody library screening, analysis and optimization.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support antibody discovery projects from lead identification to lead optimization.

Analyze and interpret experimental results and present findings to the team in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

Graduate (PhD preferred) with NGS sequencing for antibody discovery, antibody V-gene cloning, or single B cell gene cloning experience.

Demonstrated experience in NGS-based methods for antibody discovery.

Experience with NGS data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
