Work Schedule :
100% FTE, 40 Hours per week, shifts scheduled Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Scheduling Operations Analyst to:
- Build and monitor provider schedules to ensure the organization maximizes template efficiency, productivity, access opportunities and meets operational needs.
- Design and modify scheduling protocols entered and create scheduling solutions for the department.
Education :
Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience :
Preferred – One to two (1-2) years working within ambulatory clinic operations or one to two (1-2) years with Epic Cadence build or template build/maintenance.
Licenses and Certifications :
Preferred - Epic Cadence Certification.
Physical Requirements :
Sedentary: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one, which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and other sedentary criteria are met.
