Responsibilities:
  • Not fearful of water and can swim, swing from boat at the plus 10 level. .
  • Teach and mentor all crew members in not only scaffold building skills but in all aspects of their job s to allow each to develop to their fullest potential.
  • Order procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to confirm to work schedules
  • Communicate with the customers in a manner that will ensure a good working relationship.
  • Identify any unsafe conditions (Hazards or potential hazards) and immediately correct those that can be corrected and alert all personal of those hazards that have not been corrected or eliminated.
  • Assist production and construction in rigging, fire watch, back loading boat etc.
  • Description
    • The Scaffold Foreman position requires the person to demonstrate the ability to direct activities of workers concerned with scaffolding or other construction projects.
  • Conduct and update JSA’S correctly for each specific task and when the job scope changes.
  • Duties
    • Ability to read a tape and work with hand tools.
    • Fill out daily requested forms (time sheet, JSA, safety meeting etc) correctly and accurately.
    • Order procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to confirm to work schedules
    • Immediately report incidents to HSE on call followed by Personnel Manager & Offshore Division Manager
    • Upon completion of project make sure an inventory is taken, materials are properly stack, banded and management is aware of job statues.
    • Supervise crew to performing and function in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort and to make sure that all employees work and interact with other crew members in a professional and humane manner.
    • Teach and mentor all crew members in not only scaffold building skills but in all aspects of their job s to allow each to develop to their fullest potential.
    • Follow all company, OSHA and client safety rules and guidelines.
    • Practices safe work ethics and to insure that all employees do the same.
