Due to recent expansion, we are now accepting resumes for Sales Consultants for our company in Shreveport, LA.

To ensure all our team members are set up for success, we provide all in house paid training from day one. You'll begin by learning a systematic approach to client representation, increasing brand awareness and acquiring new customers at events-based campaigns throughout the Shreveport area. Within a matter of weeks top performers will have the chance to advance into a team leader position.
Duties Include

• Engaging with customers about the brands and their reputation/products/services/etc.
• Closing sales and collecting payment details from customers using a tablet or other digital device
• Answering common questions and handling objections when appropriate
• Working as a professional representative of a specific brands at retail events
• Working as part of a team, but also focusing on individual goals/ targets

Our ideal candidate is someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, and who has never meets a stranger! You MUST have the drive to win and be able to follow our proven system of success. Since all training is provided, we look more for the qualities you can't teach over experience!
What YOU Need

• This is NOT a work-from-home / remote position.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to work Full-Time
• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to converse with customers comfortably.
• Must be able to work while standing on feet throughout shift.
