Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen, influencing the decision process in terms of maximizing revenue and profit, customer satisfaction and sound business practices
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue recognition including structuring of a deal, contract management and revenue forecasting
  • Proficiency using CRM and CPQ tools such as Salesforce.com and Anaplan
  • Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills with a results-orientated mentality
  • Ability to Execute quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • University Degree or Higher Certificate in Business Administration or similar academic studies
  • Experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Support, Sales Operations or Sales Contract Administration
  • Business fluency in English is a must, additional language being a plus


Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact, trusted advisor and deal advocate throughout the Research, Proposal, Deal Negotiation, Bid Management and Deal Closure phase of high touch deals for Named Accounts (although not limited to them)
  • Bring non-standard business models, operational requirements and risks to the attention of the broader organization, and drive resolution of these issues
  • Have a “hands-on” approach to complex situations or escalations and work with cross-functional teams to resolve those, and shepherd deal through appropriate reviews and approvals, and ensure compliance throughout the process.
  • Collaborate closely with the extended team in Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Business Models, Order Fulfillment and Operations
  • Establish, maintain and update the project plans with defined timelines. Guide the deal team in creation of a supportable, rationale deal for both customer and client.
