Job Title: Sales Manager
Position Type: Full-Time / Onsite
Salary Range: 60 - 70K
Job Department: Toys Department - Sales Team
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Associate, the ideal candidate is outgoing with high energy that thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks timely to achieve deadlines with a high-volume workload. The candidate must possess strong written and organizational skills and perform well under pressure. This is an amazing opportunity to build a career working amongst a dynamic sales team. At Enchante, you will have exposure to working with a wide range of accounts while having the opportunity to build key relationships within the industry.
- Meet with buyers during sales meetings and take notes on all comments they are giving.
- Work closely with the Art department/design team to give direction on design- making sure they are meeting all deadlines.
- Help with setting up customer quote sheets /Purchase order detail sheets needed to place orders.
- Comment on all factory samples and ensure all styles coordinate and tell a story.
- Help with the development stages of products - including design and trends.
- Must have a good sense of details/colors and good communication skills to comment to the factory on all changes needed.
- Work with the customer on all revisions needed
- Must have strong Excel experience to keep all styles/orders organized and track shipping as well.
COMPETENCIES
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Experience with TJX and other discounted retailers 2+ years’ experience in wholesale sales or industry-related experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills-Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Comfortable making phone sales & have strong negotiation skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales or equivalent, with wholesale imports or related experience; or an Associate’s degree with 2 years of wholesale imports or related experience; or 3+ years sales experience
