Job Description
SingleComm is looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our growing team.


About Us:


SingleComm is a venture-funded startup located in Richmond, Virginia and New York City. We have built a CCaaS platform that will change the way contact center businesses communicate with their customers. Businesses use our platform to unify their communications and give their agents and customers a “single pane of glass” experience and to increase first contact resolution. Our platform is web-based and built to scale.


What We’re Looking For:


We are seeking a driven, energetic individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They must possess exceptional project management skills, sales and marketing experience, and a history of establishing trust and strong relationships with clients and team members.


The ideal candidate has experience selling CCaaS (Contact Center “Software” as a Service) technology platforms and/or has worked in a contact center and demonstrates familiarity with ACDs, multiple CRMs (such as Hubspot), and Looker (or various analytics platforms).


Daily activities include generating leads through warm and cold calls, developing a network of contact center professionals, developing and re-engineering marketing sequences to test viability of messaging and outreach, curating legal paperwork, achieving and exceeding KPI’s for closing contracts and MRR, and working with the Customer Service Department to ensure our clients are receiving stellar service. Occasional travel for trade shows and client visits will be expected. This is a fully remote position, requiring frequent interaction with other sales executives, team members, and senior management.


Our Ideal Candidate Must:


  • Embrace training and educating clients on platform usage.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through daily and weekly touch points.
  • Be comfortable making daily sales calls for new business solicitation.
  • Have history managing multiple projects at once under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate confidence with excel, analytics, and formulas.
  • Be able to create and enhance sales marketing materials using PowerPoint or similar tools.
  • Possess basic knowledge of telecom practices.
  • Demonstrate experience growing strong client relationships that show comprehensive understanding of business needs.
  • Enjoy thinking creatively to solve customer issues.
  • Possess a background in sales, preferably CCaaS, software, or technology.
  • Identify and develop upsell/cross sell opportunities to existing clients.


Compensation:


This position will pay a base salary depending on your experience, in addition to the following benefits:
