Overview
The Investment Sales Team, within Wealth Management, helps professionals and certain institutions worldwide to protect and grow their wealth, offering traditional and alternative investments across all major asset classes. When you join this growing team as a Sales Coverage Support Analyst you will provide best in class service to our clients. You will provide day to day client servicing of both external and internal clients by researching account and transaction records to resolve basic discrepancies, and answer questions, process transactions for Clients or provide documentation on client activities.

What You’ll Do
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Private Bank product offerings (e.g., DPM, Custody, Trust etc.)
- Assist Product Teams (e.g., Discretionary Portfolio Management – (DPM)) in managing and servicing their client’s transaction and account opening needs
- Facilitate client directed transactions incl. wires, research requests and assist with account maintenance; Answer inbound client calls
- Respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhering to all regulatory policies and operating procedures; responsible for ensuring proper documentation is on file for all wire requests and following High Risk Media (HRM) policy
- Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and records in accordance with policy; Perform account opening for clients
Skills You’ll Need
- Organized individual who demonstrates sound judgment; strong analytical tool kit with the ability to instill trust and deliver the desired results
- Adherence to regulatory policies, guidelines, and processes to deliver outstanding quality of work
- Microsoft office skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, deadline driven environment
- Banking Experience, Transaction processing and Client Servicing experience preferred
Skills That Will Help You Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to learn
- Well-motivated and enthusiastic team player, able to work with others in a fast paced, independent, and dynamic financial environment
- Detail oriented, while able to understand and focus on the key points
- Prior experience in Wealth Management
