As a Sales Consultant, you will provide the first impression to customers who call in looking to build their online presence. You will join a team who interact with existing and potential customers and share best practices and ideas. We take a consultative approach to sales - learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available. Our mission is to provide a world-class sales experience to every customer we work with by giving them the tools and insights they need to make their vision a reality.

What You’ll Do & how you'll make your mark.
  • Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
  • Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity.
  • Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support; directing customers to paid solutions or third-party steps as appropriate.
  • Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy.
  • Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
  • Contact customers who have inquired about our products/services through inbound lead passes, emails, and website inquiries.
  • Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets.

  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
