A national leader in fitness is currently expanding the team and seeking a qualified Sales Associates that are focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS:
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
- 1 year of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
- Participate in as many networking/community events in the surrounding community and studio promotions as possible to be scheduled with Corporate
- Contact prospects/leads to schedule barre class and enroll them in a membership
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Lead generation including Grassroots Marketing and networking
- Maintain organization of staff, cleanliness and organization of the Studio
- Collect outstanding dues
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Execute light Operational duties such as: ordering supplies, scheduling staff, aid with social media and anything else Owner sees fit
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Membership and retail sales
- Enforce policies and procedures relating to customers
- Drive and retain retail and membership sales
- Any other duties as assigned
- Supervise Sales Representatives
- Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email
- This position offers hourly base rate plus commission opportunities
