Job Responsibilities:

• Encourage other associates to deliver unparalleled customer service by demonstrating excellence
• Drive sales with little oversight
• Talk with and listen to customers in order to assess their individual needs
• Create and maintain a rapport with customers
• Provide customers with product information in a clear and accurate manner

Requirements:

• Goal oriented and sales driven, with the desire to succeed
• High school diploma/GED
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Maintain client privacy
• Basic knowledge of diamonds and diamond grading terminology
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Willingness to learn and stay educated on the industry
