Qualifications:

• Confidence in the ability to initiate contact with company and self-generated leads

• Ability to build rapport with new homeowners during residential sales

• Strong negotiation skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Reliable transportation

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to pass a background check

• Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities:

• Work assigned territories, offering security, surveillance, and home automation packages

• Proficiency in our sales system, overcoming objections, and closing techniques

• We will provide the training, tools, and support system necessary for success if you provide the work ethic

• Attendance in daily our office meetings

• 6 hour (minimum) field days

• Initiate contact with potential customers

• Perseverance and productivity

• Account and time management - manage a customer pipeline

• Meet and/or exceed quotas

• Continually building product knowledge and refining sales techniques

• Follow all company policies
