Regent at Burnsvilleis hiring a dynamic, resident-centricSales and Marketing Managerto join our team! In this role, you will represent our Independent Living and Assisted Livingoptions to prospective tenants.

As ourSales and Marketing Manager, you will be nurturing relationships with potential tenants, their families as well as networking with various community partners and referral sources and sharing our history and vision.

Our ideal candidate for this position is an experienced customer service driven individual who is able to build new community relations and attract new tenants in the senior healthcare industry.

This position isFull-Time,but open to flexibility in terms of schedule.

Sales and Marketing ManagerResponsibilities:

• Partner with Regional Director of Sales and Marketing Leadership in creating an effective marketing plan and executing it.
• Act as a hospital liaison between hospitals and our Independent& Assisted Living sites.
• Establish and foster professional relationships with partners and potential tenants through a prospect-centered sales approach.
• Lead monthly marketing meetings.
• Utilize CRM tools for occupancy success.
• Provide excellent customer service in marketing efforts by supporting the branding of Regent at Burnsville as well as Cassia as a whole.
• Promote and coordinate events to attract new tenants and community partners.
• Provide tours of the propertyand process rental agreements.

Sales and Marketing ManagerPreferredRequirements:

• Previousexperience in a marketing or salesposition in anIL/AL/MC/CS community.
• Exceptional time management and communications skills.
• Experience in creating quarterly marketing plans.
• 1+ years of recent experience in senior living or similar setting, ideally in full continuum.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Working towards or has a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health care management, related field or equivalent experience.
