Job Description

B V L G A R I is looking for a Sales Administrator for our Ala Moana, Honolulu boutique!


The Sales Administrator is responsible for overseeing all back office functions as a support to the sales activity. This position’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to F&A Reporting, Inventory Management, Supply Fulfillment, Vendors’ Management, After Sales Service Coordination, and assistance to the Sales team.

This role will take action under the direct Management of the Store Manager and will work collaboratively with other members of the Sales team to coordinate with the Corporate Office and all store-related activities.

Essential Duties:


  • Assist and support After Sales Service activities in the Store
  • Perform daily sales reconciliation
  • Support Visual Merchandising functions
  • Order supplies on a regular basis and in a financially responsible manner
  • Facilitate and follow up on IT and Store maintenance requests
  • Perform all inventory control activities in a precise and accurate manner
  • Assist the Sales team during the Sales process, upon request
  • Assist on special and UNIQUE projects
