In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better
Represent Philips and manage the relationships with customers for the purpose of selling Hospital Respiratory Care Solutions across the continuum of care. Create, develop, and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of the buying organization
You are responsible for
- Understand the customer’s buying processes in order to provide accurate and timely forecasts
- Align the HRC business strategies within your territory to drive customer mindshare and market share
- Collaborate with sales leadership and local account team to drive business results
- Deep knowledge of the clinical and technical characteristics of PVS and competitive solutions
- Own how the Customer experiences Philips
- One Philips approach to enhance the brand and market strategy to help drive inclusion of HRC solutions

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions in a consultative manner while meeting customer needs.
- Demonstrate superior industry knowledge on market trends, product and current Philips product portfolio, particularly for assigned modality and uses this knowledge to his/her advantage.
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly order intake volume and revenue.
- Develop and execute on a winning sales strategy in conjunction with the extended Philips team
- Negotiate solutions and close deals by reaching agreements with customers and emphasizing total value of Philips.
- Identify and execute a focused territory management plan to drive profitable market share growth in assigned product modalities.
- Contribute to the development of multi-year strategic deals.
- Manage business relationship with authorized distribution partners
- Develop and execute a competitive displacement strategy within key accounts
- Develop, maintain, and build sales funnel on a weekly basis across assigned products per Philips established metrics.
- Customer Satisfaction and Support
- Increase market share and mindshare within the installed base
- Meet or exceed financial targets including but not limited to order intake, revenue recognition, product mix, POS agreements and average PR.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization, including key practitioners and c-level executives
