Qualifications:

• Education: 2 year degree
• Experience: Preferred 2 years

• Maintains Safe and Therapeutic Environment of Care for Patients: includes maintaining exam rooms, supply ordering, assistance of provider, execution of treatments and medications, assures understanding of instructions for patients, understands patient care and satisfaction are top priority
• Patient (significant others) Education: includes assistance in developing teaching plans for patients and education of both patient and family members
• Completes all other duties as assigned.
• Upholds Standards of Nursing Practice and Code of Ethics Professional Self Development: attend mandatory meetings, accepts supervision and seeks guidance, demonstrated competency of ECW and CSPI
• Assesses and Diagnoses Nursing Care Needs of Patients in All Age Groups: includes assessment, data collection, documentation & pain management
• Exhibits Positive Human Relations: cooperation with others, tactful, treat everyone with respect & compassion, shows enthusiasm, reliable & dependable
• Prescribes, Delivers, Delegates, Supervises, and Evaluates Nursing Care for All Age Groups: includes continuity of care, delegation of responsibilities, performing nursing interventions, evaluation and reassessment, communication, check and validate medical orders & discussion with providers
