Rn Staff Nurse Jobs

Sage Healthcare Staffing Inc is seeking qualified registered nurses to work in a variety of skilled nursing facilities (SNF). These are flexible roles that are designed to fit your schedule. You will provide outstanding skilled nursing care for residents on a daily basis. To do well in this role you should have at least a year of experience in long-term care setting and have a passion for helping others.
Nurse Responsibilities:

• Work with health care team to evaluate patient care plans
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and promote patient medical privacy
• Administering prescribed medications
• Stay up to date on nursing training and continuous education
• Reminding patients to take medications
• Keen on observing patient symptoms and communicating such to care team members
• Providing routine patient assessment
• Follow facility policies and safety rules
• Respond to emergency events promptly to ensure patient safety
• Record patient information and vitals and report abnormal readings
• Wound care and dressing change

RN Requirements:

• Current BLS CPR
• At least 1 year of long-term care (LTC) experience
• Applicable State Nursing License
• Valid vaccination card
• Nursing education credentials (Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
