Follow established standards and recommendations while administering drugs, treatments, and therapies. Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress, and notify the healthcare team of any changes. Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers. Patients and their families should be educated on medical conditions, treatment strategies, and self-care procedures. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients while adhering to infection control measures. Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records and documentation. At all times, advocate for patients' rights and protect their comfort and dignity. Qualifications: A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state. An approved university requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Experience delivering exceptional nursing care, ideally in a hospital or clinical setting, is required. Clinical expertise and understanding of medical best practices are required. Outstanding communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under high-pressure situations.
