Overview: Mercy Hospice OKC RN - PRN, as needed Responsible as a member of the hospice interdisciplinary team to the hospice team supervisor and manager for the provision of skilled nursing assessment and hospice care within the scope of nursing practice to maximize comfort and promote quality of life for the patient and families consistent with Mercy at Home policies and procedures. Qualifications: Licensure: Current Oklahoma License. Certifications: Current BLS Certification required before assigned to care for patients independently Other: Demonstrates competence by completion of Universal Skills Inventory and Unit Specific Skills Check List within first three months of employment and undated annually.
