Our Home Health Clinical Supervisor (RN) enjoy some notable benefits:

- Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 and a $10,000 Sign on Bonus!
- 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios where you impact outcomes
- Assures the development of the education clinical accuracy for the patient, the family, and other caregivers to promote patient progress toward mutually established goals
- Participates in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program
- Provide oversight of all personnel and all patient care services including making patient and personnel assignments, coordinating patient care, coordinating referrals, assuring that patient needs are continually assessed, and assuring the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care
- Effectively communicates with other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team providing care to promote coordination of patient care and planning for discharge
- Assures ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient
- Minimum of 2 years of Case Management experience, preferably in home health care
- Minimum of 3 years in home healthcare
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Florida
- CPR certification
- Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
