Job Description

Ronald McDonald House Charities creates, finds and supports programs that directly improve the health and well being of children. RMHC strives to be part of the solution to issues challenging families today. Families are challenged with how to stay near and support a hospitalized child; how to afford staying together in another city while a child is undergoing treatment; or even getting basic medical and dental care in underserved communities. We use our resources and partnerships in the community to help families gain access to healthcare services and keep families together during critical points in their children's lives.

RMHC Field Operations manages a portfolio of 270 separately incorporated non-profit organizations in 64 countries and regions - we refer to these organizations as "Chapters". Currently, this portfolio of Chapters has combined assets of more than US$2.5 billion. In addition to financial reserves, these assets include 368 Ronald McDonald House, 250 Ronald McDonald Family Room and 50 Ronald McDonald Care Mobile programs that serve 5.5 million children and their families each year.

The RMHC Global Field Operations Team expands the Charity's reach and strengthens the global network by working with local Chapters on all aspects of nonprofit management, program development and operations. The team is responsible for licensing and development, license compliance, issues management, and infrastructure components, such as education and resource development, people development, evaluating/researching the impact of RMHC programs, technology, and environmental sustainability.
