Revised Career & College Readiness Coordinator (Grades: Pk-5)

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated success as a teacher, professional development facilitator, and instructional coach preferred
• Experience with data disaggregation and instructional interventions/strategies
• Experience with curriculum development and professional development preferred
• Knowledge of best instructional practices, current research based strategies, and effective classroom systems and procedures
• Knowledge of 21st Century skills and implementation strategies
• Knowledge/experience with project based learning and personalized learning
• Technological proficiency required; ability to learn new software, web resources, etc. and train staff
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize work load
• Work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Superior communication skills, bilingual preferred but not required
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with student, faculty and staff
