VaxCare’s Payment Team is focused on maximizing partner payments by collecting information, knowledge, and money. We research claims, analyze denials, and solve problems while adding value to VaxCare’s bottom line. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth! We are searching for someone who is passionate about collecting good data, increasing revenue and problem solving. In this team-centric role, this specialist will work with payers and internal team members to drive value to the company’s bottom line.


REQUIREMENTS:


• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

• A revenue mindset that supports a strong will to win

• A passion for details, clear communication, and processes that work.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills that bring opportunity to light.

• Work independently and collaboratively among team with friendly disposition.

• Take initiative to learn and be familiar with industry leading trends and all applicable products provided by VaxCare.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Proactively impact the claim denial queue to drive economic value to VaxCare & its customers.

• Work with team members to identify and highlight payer trends to improve processes, systems, and collections.

• Collaborate and participate in weekly meetings to track issues and work toward resolution.

• Represent VaxCare and its core values in all communication to internal and external users.


NOTE: Team Members in this role will be involved in the processing of protected patient and/or payment information and will be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of the information within their scope of work. Team Members in this position will be responsible for implementing and acting in accordance with VaxCare’s information security policies; protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference; executing specific security processes or activities as assigned by the Information Security and/ or Privacy officers; and reporting security events or potential security risks to the organization.
