Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at Karma and Luck. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and development to our sales team, helping them to improve their product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance. You will collaborate with the sales management team to develop training programs that are effective, engaging, and aligned with our brand values and goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing and Product Development to ensure sales training is aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Work closely with the sales management team to develop training content and materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in sales training, incorporating new ideas and techniques as appropriate.
  • Assess the training needs of individual sales team members and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Deliver training sessions in person, via online platforms, and through other training methods to ensure all sales team members receive the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Design and execute training programs for new store openings and provide on-site support as needed.
  • Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate these insights into training programs and materials.
  • Develop and implement training programs for the sales team, covering topics such as product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and brand values.
  • Partner with the Sales Management team to build relationships with retail partners, ensuring that Karma and Luck's training and support services meet or exceed the expectations of our retail partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams within Karma and Luck.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements and adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for the brand and a commitment to upholding its values and mission.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with learning management systems and other training platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel to retail locations as needed.
  • Proven track record of developing effective training programs and materials.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales education and training, preferably within the jewelry or fashion industry.
