Jasmine Gift Shop Hours

  • East – M-F 9am-6:00pm, Closed Saturdays and Sundays
  • North – M-F 9am-12am and Saturdays/Sundays 10am-5pm
  • South – M-F 9am-7pm and Saturdays 10am-5pm, Closed Sundays


Where you fit in
The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing customer service in a professional and courteous manner, run the cash register, maintain inventory, receives, prices, and stock merchandise.

  • Merchandises product on the sales floor as directed.
  • Answers the telephone with appropriate telephone etiquette.
  • Monitors inventory for expiration dates.
  • Respects the confidentiality and privacy needs of the patients, family, and staff.
  • Participates in cross training for work in the other stores and rotates to other stores as needed.
  • Maintains a positive and productive working relationship with other members of the department.
  • Cleans displays and shelves and straightens merchandise on a routine basis.
  • Receives, prices and stocks merchandise.
  • Monitors store traffic and notifies manager or security if there is a suspicion of shoplifting.
  • Operates the cash register/Point of Sale System, maintaining accurate inventory and correct pricing by ensuring each item is scanned correctly during sales transaction.

Your exceptional skills

Demonstrated customer service skills and compassion to patients/family members. Ability to give and receive instruction, written or verbal. Must be able to make basic mathematical calculations accurately and in a timely manner. Must be a team player with highly developed problem solving and communication skills. Must maintain composure when dealing with stressful situations. Ability to learn rapidly and perform a variety of tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Must be willing to work at multiple locations as needed with a flexible schedule to work events. Attention to detail.

  • No previous experience required.
