Rex Enterprise, a leading producer of Mobile cables and Himalayan Salt, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Retail Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.


Job Summary:

As a Retail Operations Specialist at Rex Enterprise, your primary responsibility will be to secure product placements for our Mobile cables and Himalayan Salt in local retail chains throughout the USA. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth by establishing strong relationships with key retail partners.


Responsibilities:

  1. Retail Chain Engagement: Identify, approach, and establish contact with local and regional retail chains across the USA to pitch and negotiate the placement of our Mobile cables and Himalayan Salt products on their shelves.
  2. Sales and Negotiations: Present compelling product propositions to retail chain decision-makers and negotiate favorable terms for product placements, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
  3. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and point-of-sale materials to enhance product visibility and drive consumer interest in retail stores.
  4. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data and trends for the products placed in retail chains, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement measures to optimize sales performance.
  5. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail chain contacts, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues related to product placement.
  6. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform product placement strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on product placement progress, sales performance, and market feedback to management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must have a diverse network within the industry.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in sales, retail operations, or business development, particularly within the consumer electronics or consumer goods industry, is highly desirable.
  3. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasive communication, and presentation abilities to effectively pitch products to potential retail partners.
  4. Networking: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with retail chain representatives.
  5. Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions and strategies.
  6. Results-Driven: A self-motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment and is committed to achieving sales goals.
  7. Travel: The role may involve some travel to meet with potential retail partners and attend industry events or trade shows.
