Responsibilities

Retail Merchandising Reps perform resets, merchandise, maintain product planograms, place price labels, place/install point of purchase signage, down stock inventory, suggest and place orders, and share product information with customers and store associates. We service DIY stores such as Lowe's and Home Depot.

The manager will serve as a liaison between the agency, the project team and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans, presenting updates regularly to relevant management channels, and ensuring that the project adheres to timeline and budget.

Location: Remote or Hybrid, Houston, Texas
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day of the administrative portions of project delivery from inception to delivery, including coordinating meetings, developing agendas, writing regular status updates and tracking action items
• Establish and manage project plans and schedules, track project milestones, manage and account for unforeseen delays, realign schedules and expectations as needed
• Partner with project owner, technical project manager, stakeholders, and project team to lead the technical requirements, define project scope and objectives
• Manage project through entire project life cycle ensuring software meets design standards and guidelines, ensure successful completion within scope, budget, time and quality parameters
• Works in close partnership with project technical lead, software developer and content creators
• Maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing regular and consistent contact on project status and changes
• A critical component of this role is the ability to multi-task, maintain proactive and efficient communication, and escalate critical issues

Qualification/Requirements

• Three or more years of project management experience developing web technologies and software platforms
• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College or University

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proven success working with stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
• Strong attention to details and follow-through; exceptional organizational skills
• Must be proactive, self-directed and demonstrate strong leadership skills to ensure successful team performance, by providing purpose, direction and motivation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to present and explain information, both business and technical, in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with people with disabilities
• Project Management Certification preferred
• Familiarity with the Agile approach to software development
