Retail Merchandiser - Electronics - Full Time

Our team of specialty field electronic reps visit major box stores to service, build, and maintain promotional displays for our innovative clients such as Microsoft(r), Samsung(r), Bose(r), among many others. WHEN & WHERE WILL YOU WORK? 32-40 hours per week Retail visits are scheduled and completed Mondays through Fridays 8am-5pm Visits are conducted at a variety of retailers typically within a 30-mile radius of Ocala, FL PAY & BENEFITS: $16. 00 - $18.00 per hour . This role operates on a tiered pay rate system depending on the specific in-store task being done: General Merchandising tasks - these are routine, visual maintenance assignments such as product stocking/placement, updating signage, auditing inventory, tidying up the display, basic endcaps, changeouts, etc. The payrate for these projects is $16.00 per hour. Merchandising Plus tasks - these are more advanced, technically involved assignments such as electronic device set ups/hook-ins, power functionality, display troubleshooting, interactive installations, etc. The payrate for these projects is $18.00 per hour . Field reps are required to complete all levels of work in their assigned territory as needed. Previous display merchandising or relevant 3PL retail experience required Strong detail-orientation to follow complex written instructions and technical display diagrams Ability to work independently without direct in-person supervision as a remote field employee Access to reliable transportation to cover our retail vendor locations High School diploma or equivalent Must be willing to travel outside of the 30 mile radius as special business needs warrant Access to internet, basic hand-held tool set, and smart phone or tablet with Wi-Fi/GPS Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
