Who are we: A professional basketball team and state-of-the-art arena/entertainment venue that specializes in creating memorable experiences for each guest we interact with. Job Summary:

We need strong leaders to help our retail operations. You will guide or Brand Ambassadors in our service culture of S.M.I.L.E – Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. This role also collaborates with managers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
