Job Description
Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Restaurant Server. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable dining experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of team with commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.


Restaurant Server Essential Functions


  • Able to think on your feet and react to situations in positive manner with tact, creativity and integrity
  • Empowered to solve member complaints as soon as they occur proceeded by advising supervisor of any complaints
  • Work in a team environment
  • Keeps tables, dining room and server stations clean and tidy


Restaurant Server Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of food service experience
  • Background in customer service
  • Ability to foresee customer needs
