About the Hotel: The Hilton Garden Inn Located at 959 Dover Road Wooster, Ohio
Summary: Washes dishes, silverware, pots and pans using manual or automated methods.
Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)

• Attends meetings as required.
• Follow established food sanitary requirements and safety precautions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and miscellaneous items using a sink or automated dishwasher.
• Follow established practices for transporting and storing of dirty or clean items.
• Maintain an orderly, clean and safe work area and storage facilities.
• Follows established safety procedures use of personal protective equipment and sharps policies.
• Provides assistance to other departments of the hotel to contribute to its smooth operation.
• Complies with all hotel policies and procedures.
• Follow proper procedures regarding using the machinery required.

Education / Experience
High school diploma or general educationdegree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability
Ability to read and interpret documents as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or employees of the organization and guests one on one to resolve problems.
Math Ability
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully and individual must have basic knowledge of computer software and hardware.
