Job Description
The responsibilities of the Specialty Patient Advocate are to assist with and provide resolution to colleagues and customers with any and all escalated issues regarding pharmacy services, customer service and work flow concerns.

The Patient Advocate I will provide a high level of customer service, resolve escalations and report any potential trends that need to be reviewed by leadership. Attendance is an essential function of this position.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

  • Attention to detail
  • Successful completion of the CVS Specialty Pharmacy training curriculum including PSR/BV training
  • Excellent math aptitude
  • Analytical and problem solving skills, 'outside the box' thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • 2+ year pharmacy, customer service or healthcare experience, with proven exceptional performance

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years prior experience in a fast paced, customer oriented, pharmacy environment with experience in multiple areas e.g., Customer Care, BV, Tech, escalation management experience preferred.
  • Associates/Bachelors Degree

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
