Your Role Will Be a Blend Of
Leadership The ideal candidate will take pride in representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times. They will lead by example and work closely with the Leasing Agents and Leasing Assistants to ensure the team has the resources they need to meet and exceed goals. A passion for growth and team success is a must.
Performance Management The ideal candidate will be committed to success and managing daily activities to meet KPI goals. No matter if you’re pushing towards leasing performance goals, setting a marketing strategy, or simply tracking your results, you are in the details of the team. You are fluent in market dynamics, company policies, and procedures, and enjoy setting and modifying the strategy for your team.
Customer Experience You do the little things, as well as the big things, that show people you care. Teaching the team to create memorable experiences that our customers will tell others about excites you. You understand that loyalty is earned by doing the unexpected and you’re willing to ensure you and your team deliver on our goal of delivering outstanding customer experiences no matter what the circumstance.

Compensation $60,000 to $65,000/Year + We offer benefits! (Insurance, Paid Vacation, and Retirement Plan)
