Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Electrician to join our team of professionals. As a Residential Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential buildings. Our company has been providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services for over 12 years. We pride ourselves on delivering clear communication and quality repairs in a timely manner for residents and homeowners. Our services range from roofing, plumbing, and electrical to kitchen and bath renovations, and full rehabs. As the Residential Electrician, you will play an integral role in ensuring the highest quality of electrical services for our clients.
Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements to electrical systems as needed.
• Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and appliances in residential buildings.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed and materials used.
• Ensure electrical work complies with all relevant codes, safety guidelines, and regulations.
• Conduct electrical inspections on buildings and identify potential hazards or areas for improvement.
• Communicate with account managers to ensure their needs are met and work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues and develop effective solutions.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Several years of relevant experience as a residential electrician.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and techniques.
• Journeyman or master electrician license required.
