One of our clients is seeking Residential Counselors to provide services to consumers with IDD in the Downingtown area.

• Hourly Compensation Rate: $16+ per hour
• Receive Weekly Compensation!

Client's Availability Requirements

• Ability to commute to Downingtown, PA on a full-time, ongoing basis is required
• Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• Client temp to perm negotiable opportunity
• 2nd shift- Sunday-Thursday- 4pm-12am OR Friday-Monday-4p-12a
• 1st shift- Sunday-Thursday 8am-4pm OR Friday-Monday-8am-4pm
• Accelerated start with proof of TB/Physical within the past 6 months

Summary Of Client's Description Of Opportunity

• Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Total Care
• Must be able to complete daily activity notes

Client's Required Experience And Education

• Ability to complete and/or produce requested background clearances
• Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to apply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (some college preferred)
• Experience in community based residential programs (preferred)
• Covid Vaccination
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with persons with mental and developmental disabilities
