Job Description
SUMMARY: The Resident Assistant provides direct care for the Heartwood Heights residents along with Osceola Regional Health Center patients that follow the Care Plan and assists each resident/patient to achieve and maintain the highest level of health and physical condition.


REQUIRED EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE


Prefer high school diploma or GED. Prior related work experience preferred. This position requires you to be 18 years of age or older.


REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, And/or REGISTRATIONS


Child/Adult Abuse certification required within 3 months of hire. Medication aid or medication manager certification required within 1 month of hire.
