It is located at 3508 Washington Road in Kenosha, Wisconsin, adjacent to Brookside Care Center. Our goal is for the resident to be healthy, happy, and as independent as possible for as long as possible with the assistance and care of our staff.
We are dedicated to the model of Person Directed Care and work closely with our residents and their families to develop a plan of care designed around the resident's goals. Our staff of highly trained professionals understands that the needs of each resident are as unique as the individual and will build on their personal strengths through enabling residents to feel valued and empowered by treating them with respect and dignity.
