Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are looking for cleared individuals familiar with domain knowledge and experience across the DNI enterprise. We are seeking skills to support 4 service areas:
  • Technical Services: Systems integration, cybersecurity, science and technology, counterintelligence, IT project management, security, risk management
  • Management Services: Facilities management, asset and logistics management, continuity of operations, and disclosure and classification management
  • Intelligence Services: Analysis and intelligence management
  • Financial Services: Financial management and the National Intelligence Program (NIP) management
Primary Responsibilities: Science and Technology
  • Providing technical consultation and assessments on specific topics.
  • Performing horizon scanning to identify emerging threats or opportunities, identifying available commercial and open source capabilities, and establishing industry benchmarks.
  • Informing the development of IC-wide science and technology policies, requirements, needs, risks, and investments.
  • Participating, presenting, and producing materials for working groups, workshops, and interagency forums to provide expertise and technical consultation.
  • Providing independent reviews and summaries of technical and scientific literature.
  • Developing technology road-maps to achieve mission needs.
  • Conducting risk/benefit analysis of different technical choices or outcomes.
  • AI/ML Experience.
  • Performing in-depth technical studies requiring specialized skills or knowledge.
  • Providing expertise and advice on research and development processes and providing recommendations on how to adopt technologies into IC capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience providing advice, analysis, and insight on Science and Technology areas.
  • Min 5 year working with or in the IC
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, position level based on experience in the technical area.
  • Min 12 Years work experience related to the technical requirement
  • TS/SCI with Poly
