Location: Hybrid - Remote & In Person

Compensation: Competitive Compensation Range $65k to $150k (Contract + Commission)

(Entry level welcomed for those that meet min requirements.)

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Fractional Capture Manager & Technical Grant Writer. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for leading the capture process for government contracting or large-scale business opportunities. As a key member of our business development and proposal teams, you will play a pivotal role in securing new business ventures.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint for effective collaboration.
• Create compelling whitepapers, diagrams, reports, and briefs.
• Conduct grant research and technical writing to support business proposals.
• Navigate and excel in dealing with Classified Information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
• Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to execute winning strategies.
• Develop capture plans to strategize and win specific business opportunities.
• Lead competitive analysis to better position our offerings in the market.
• Identify potential customers and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications:

• Background in business development and establishing teaming agreements with prime and subcontractors.
• Experience working in government contracting and navigating the complexities of the industry.
• Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a Related Field is highly valued.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information TS/SCI Clearance w/ full scope polygraph
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Veteran or Government Contracting Experience is a plus.
• Holding a Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field.
• Familiarity with DFAR & FAR regulations and DOD requirements.
• Ethical and having strong integrity.
• Proven experience in proposal and technical writing, grant research, and capture management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
