DHL Supply Chain's Real Estate Solutions (RES) is changing the way DHL's customers locate and design their warehouses to maximize supply chain effectiveness. RES is the real estate investment and development business of DHL Supply Chain, outpacing our competitors in both development and logistics industries alike in 20+ countries. As the world leader in 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) we combine DHL's operational know-how and customer supply chain insights with our real estate development and capital markets expertise. Wherever our colleagues face complex choices, our Data Analytics team supports them.
The Data Analytics team is currently searching for a talented and motivated intern to assist on a 4-month project, starting September 2023. The internship is full-time (30+ hours per week).
Responsibilities
This internship offers a unique opportunity for those interested in analytics, logistics, and/or real estate development, to learn how analytics supports stakeholders across the business. As a Data Analytics intern, you will be entrusted with your own project(s), collaborating with our community teams (Investment, Capital Markets, Business Development, or Program Management) to identify, solve and implement analytical solutions.

• Build a custom dashboard to visualize and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Work together with numerous stakeholders to scope a project and manage expectations
• Assist the Data Analytics team on other, concurrent workstreams
• Youwillcollaboratewithyoursupervisortoidentifystakeholders,understand the problem, scope and design the solution, build it and coordinate changemanagement.
• Explore and analyze data to uncover relevant insights
• Develop and maintain a data pipeline and models to support data analysis

Required Education And Experience

• Competencies in with Power BI, DAX, M language, and Python, preferred
• Interest in either real estate or logistics, required
• Ability to communicate technical and non-technical topics clearly, preferred
• Ambition to learn and grow in the field of data analytics, required
• Completed or in progress of Bachelors degree, required
