Job Title: Reporting Analyst
FLSA Status: Non - Exempt
Department: Lender Solutions
Reports to: Vendor Relations Manager
Location: Proctor 166
Summary:
This will include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting requirements.
The Reporting Analyst works closely with the Reporting Administrator within Vendor Support managing various audit inputs and outputs performed by our vendor. The Reporting Analyst will analyze vendor quality and communicate with operations leadership on trends identified in the audit results, and identify process improvements and training opportunities. Will utilize SQL to develop and maintain ad hoc reporting to help improve vendor quality.
Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards
  • Keep documentation for reports updated
  • Execute and ensure timely and accurate distribution of all reports
  • Other duties and special projects may be assigned
  • Collects data for implications regarding budget, project and/or program initiatives.
  • Constantly evaluate processes and procedures for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement
  • Creates and maintains spreadsheet files.

Required
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational experience
  • Proficient in Windows based environment
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Must be able to multi-task, problem solve to continually meet tight deadlines
  • Microsoft Office Skills (specifically Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication skills both written/verbal
  • Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced skills in Excel (formulas and charts)
  • Experience in running queries in SQL preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Works well in a team environment

  • Insurance/Mortgage Servicing knowledge
Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:
  • Repetitive motion. Manual dexterity, arm and upper body range of motion sufficient for use of a keyboard, mouse and telephone 7-8 hours per day.
  • Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor.
  • Sedentary position.
  • Ability to sit at a desk 7-8 hours per day. Worker not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
  • Speech and hearing sufficient for in-person and telephone communication 7-8 hours per day.
