Remote Wedding Destination Advisor

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Destination Wedding Advisor to become an integral part of our team. As an entry-level role, you will collaborate closely with experienced coordinators to meticulously plan and coordinate itinerary arrangements for our discerning clients. Prior experience or a degree in event coordination is not a prerequisite; instead, we are looking for candidates with strong organizational acumen, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for assisting others.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and distribute comprehensive itineraries to clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure flawless coordination of all aspects of the wedding event.
• Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their preferences and needs.
• Conduct comprehensive research and facilitate bookings, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Contribute to evaluating the success of the company's services and provide constructive feedback to enhance future destination weddings.
• Assist in budget management, diligently tracking and accurately reporting expenses.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns related to the wedding arrangements.
