Responsibilities:

• Offer transportation, accommodation, and activity options to our guests.
• Cultivate relationships with preferred suppliers and our clients.
• Monitor and report the booking process, addressing any travel issues, complaints, or refund requests.
• Conduct consultations with clients to discuss all aspects of their desired travel experiences, requirements, and budget.
• Finalize comprehensive itineraries and ensure the accurate presentation of all relevant documentation, providing guests with necessary information and departure details.
• Develop exciting and enjoyable itineraries.
• Manage reservations, special requests, and payments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Capability to set goals and establish realistic timelines to achieve them.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote and independent work environment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for travel.
• A degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business is advantageous.
