Job Description

Our Vacation Concierges help make our clients’ dreams and visions become a reality.


We are looking for self-driven, detail oriented, goal getter individuals to join us!


To move forward, Schedule a time below to attend an info meeting with one of our trainers to decide if this is right for you.


Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding service to clients. In order to do that you will need to research and book all trip plans and accommodations as needed by clients. The trip may include, but not limited to, hotel stay, car rental, flights, events, and more. You will need to stay up to date on all training in order to create an unforgettable experience for clients.


To be a successful Vacation Concierge you should have a passion for learning new things, new experiences, and a desire to inspire and help others :)


Responsibilities:


  • Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing training webinars within the company and with vendors and suppliers
  • Successfully meet or exceed goals by developing long-standing relationships with clients
  • Follow up with clients before, during, and after trip to make sure there are no issues that arise

Skills:


  • Have effective communication skills, written and oral
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask
  • Self-driven
  • Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them
  • Ability to work alongside other team members
