- Manage client bookings, including reservations, changes, and cancellations, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist clients with travel-related issues, such as lost luggage, flight delays, and travel emergencies, providing timely support and solutions.
- Collaborate with travel partners, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
- Create and customize travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities, based on clients' preferences and budget.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, industry news, and destination information to provide accurate and relevant recommendations to clients.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences, and tailoring itineraries to meet their needs.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, attractions, accommodations, transportation, and travel insurance.
- Handle client inquiries and bookings through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and online chat.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple client bookings and inquiries simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional travel-related certifications or training is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and online travel resources.
- Passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
