- Empower travelers with relevant information, brochures, and publications, encompassing guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and events, to enrich their journey.
- Remain at the forefront of tourism trends by actively participating in seminars and industry events.
- Build robust networks with tour operators, fostering strong partnerships for enhanced service offerings.
- Address and resolve any arising issues, efficiently handling complaints or refund requests, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Employ innovative promotional techniques and craft enticing materials to showcase and sell captivating itinerary tour packages.
- A passion for travel, coupled with the ability to curate unique and memorable experiences.
- Strong sales acumen and a keen commercial awareness to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to forge meaningful connections, effectively communicate, and skillfully negotiate with clients and partners.
