  • Address and resolve any arising issues, efficiently handling complaints or refund requests, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Empower travelers with relevant information, brochures, and publications, encompassing guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and events, to enrich their journey.
  • Employ innovative promotional techniques and craft enticing materials to showcase and sell captivating itinerary tour packages.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique travel preferences, and provide expert advice on suitable destinations, transportation options, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Build robust networks with tour operators, fostering strong partnerships for enhanced service offerings.
  • Skillfully manage booking processes, securing transportation and hotel reservations, while ensuring prompt and accurate payment collections.


Skills:

  • Exceptional fluency in English; proficiency in multiple languages is a definite advantage.
