Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Senior Audit Associate to join our team. As a Senior Audit Associate, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements for Government and DoD clients. This is a full-time, remote position that offers competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit reports and make recommendations for process improvements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with GAAP and GAAS standards
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff
• Communicate with clients to understand their business operations and identify areas of risk
• Supervise and review the work of audit associates

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS standards
• CPA certification preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Interim U.S. Secret (or higher, such as Top Secret or TS/SCI) security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on government and DoD clients
