Your primary responsibility will be to curate high-end travel experiences for both professional and personal clients, whilst offering top-tier concierge services and bespoke tour packages in partnership with our esteemed suppliers. Our ultimate objective is to create unparalleled client experiences that encourage enduring patronage.
- Design and coordinate upscale transportation, accommodation, insurance, and additional travel services.
- Apply promotional strategies and generate enticing materials to market custom luxury tour packages.
- Attend industry events and training to stay ahead of the luxury travel market trends.
- Handle the booking of deluxe transportation and reservations at luxury hotels, and manage payment collection/fees.
- Partner with clients to comprehend their high-end travel needs and suggest fitting destinations, travel modalities, dates, costs, and lodgings.
- Cultivate relationships with operators within the luxury tourism sector.
- Address client concerns, manage any complaints effectively, and conduct refunds when required.
- Equip travelers with pertinent resources, brochures, and documentation, such as cultural etiquette, guides, maps, regulations, and events.
